Dr. Wendy Hofman presents “Ophthalmology in the Developing World”
Dr. Wendy Hofman grew up in the Pacific Northwest, attended the University of Washington for medical school, and went to the University of Minnesota for ophthalmology residency. She and her husband Eric joined the Samaritan’s Purse Post-Residency Program in 2008, went to language school to learn French, and then moved to the country of Gabon, where they still serve today at Bongolo Hospital. They have three beautiful young children.
