Dr. Steven Hagen
Since July 2019, Dr. Hagen has been the Family Physician staffing the Wake Forest Baptist Health Family Medicine Clinic at Samaritan’s Purse International Headquarters in Boone, NC. Prior to that, he practiced family medicine in Appleton, WI for more than 20 years after completing residency training through the University of Wisconsin’s Fox Valley Family Medicine training program. He and his wife, Jill, have served on multiple disaster relief deployments with Samaritan’s Purse North American Ministries. Their two adult sons remain in Wisconsin, where the oldest works as a technical writer for Epic Systems in Verona, and the youngest will soon start his second year at Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary in Mequon.
