Recorded Feb 8, 2017 — Dr. Burton Lee presents an “Update on Sepsis: New Definitions and Management Guidelines.”
Dr. Lee is a medical educator at the University of Pittsburgh. He graduated from Harvard Medical School and trained at Massachusetts General Hospital in internal medicine and pulmonary critical care medicine. Dr. Lee served at Kijabe Medical Center in Kenya from 2010-2016, where he trained national physicians and clinical officers in critical care medicine. Prior to his service in Kenya, he was the Director of the Washington Hospital Center Pulmonary Critical Care and Emergency Medicine Critical Care Fellowship Programs, an Associate Professor at Georgetown University School of Medicine, and a Senior Consultant for Critical Care Education at the National Institute of Health.
